Can I use the Internet or take a shower before check in time (after check out time)?
500yen extra charge is required per person for using our facilities such as showers or PCs before 3 pm on arrival date and also after 11 am on check out date.
How can I wash my clothes? Do you have a washing machine?
We have washing machines on the rooftop of our guest house, but we don't have any dryer. However, there is drying space for guests on the rooftop.
Do you sell any amenities such as shampoo, soap, towels etc. ?
We have no service of selling amenities. Please provide by yourself.
Can I rent a bicycle at your hostel?
We don't rent a bicycle, but there is a pubic rental bicycle service near our guest house. They rent you a bicycle by 200yen for 24hrs.
Can I access to the Internet with my laptop?
You can access to the Internet with our free WIFI (Wireless LAN) service.
Are there any convenience store near your hostel?
There are 24hrs open convenience stores, 100YEN Shop, super markets, post offices and banks near our guest house. (All are in 5 min walk.)
Do you have curfew?
We don't have any curfew, but if you come back very late, please be considerate of other guests those want to sleep.
Do you have drinking party at the living room every night?
It is not every night. Sometimes guests drink together at the living room spontaneously, and at another night, they watch a movie together. Please ask to the staff if you have a plan to do something. You are very welcome, and we help you as much as we can.
Where are the guests from?
Our guests are from many countries such as Japan, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, China, the United States, Canada, Thailand, South Korea, Egypt, Colombia, England, France, Italy, Poland, India, Finland, Sri Lanka, Uruguay, the Philippines, Mongolia and Etc.
Is that OK if it is my first time to visit Japan?
Don't worry, be happy. We help you to make your trip more comfortable and pleasant. We are looking forward to seeing you here in Asakusa, Tokyo.
